Hey there! I'm Anthony Thanaxay, code-named Hyodoko, a 2D animator, illustrator, and storyboard artist from Naarm/Melbourne, passionate about bringing stories to life through animation.

With a Bachelor of Animation from Swinburne University of Technology, I’ve worked on a variety of exciting projects. I directed and animated the short film TANK, which won Best Animation at the London International Monthly Film Fest (2022).

I’ve contributed as an animator and character designer for the game Mind Quest and served as a storyboard artist for Judges of Being, a 3D motion-captured short.

My work on Wonderfully Made was showcased at the Cannes Short Film Festival (2022), showing that with dedication and creativity, amazing things can be achieved.

When I’m not working on larger projects, I enjoy participating in game jams and sharing animated loops with the Loopdeloop community.
